Return Policy

Primary Pharmaceuticals’ products must meet the following criteria:

Primary will only accept returns for products purchased directly from Primary Pharmaceuticals or from an authorized distributor.
Products must be returned in the original container with seal intact. If the seal is broken the product is considered partial and the Rx components must be returned to the original manufacture.
Product must have a valid Primary Lot#, Expiration date and Serial#
Products must be less than 1-month of shelf life left and/or be expired no more than 12 months

Return Procedure

Primary Pharmaceuticals’ returns procedure:

Customer must contact Primary Pharmaceuticals via email – info@primarypharmaceuticals.com
Fill out, sign and return the attached RMA
Once confirmed the product meets the above requirements,
Primary will send a Fedex Ground Label (at no charge) to the facility requesting the return.
Primary will schedule a pickup for the facility requesting the return.
No credits and/or exchanges will be authorized for expiring/expired or unused Primary products.
